“Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope” 1 Peter 3:15

Apologetics is the science of explaining and defending the Catholic Faith in a rational and reasonable manner. In this course, through a combination of teaching, group discussion, and Q&A, we will learn the basics of Catholic Apologetics. We will examine the Catholic response to faith and reason, the existence of God, new age spiritualism, protestantism, and more.

Carl E. Olson is the editor of Catholic World Report and Ignatius Insight, both operated by Ignatius Press. He is the author or co-author of several books and hundreds of articles on theology, Scripture, apologetics, culture, and current events for a variety of print and online publications.
