Souper Bowl of Caring

Souper Bowl of Caring 2024

The Super Bowl approaches and thus so does our annual Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive to benefit the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry!! Please consider bringing non-perishable food donations to the back of church at Masses on February 10th and 11th. For more information about the food drive, please click on the link below. Donations are much needed and appreciated!

Our St. Vincent de Paul food pantry provides food and other grocery items to people in need within the parish community and beyond. Over 2000 households are served annually with food box donations, and the need for assistance continues to grow.

The St Mary’s middle school youth group will be helping to collect non-perishable food items at the back of church after Masses on Super Bowl weekend (Feb. 10th and 11th). St. Mary’s high school youth group will be accepting donations at Fred Meyer (Saturday 1 pm to 3 pm, Sunday 11 am to 1 pm) and Market of Choice (Sunday 11 am-1 pm). Also, monetary donations can be made by check and mailed to SDVP, 501 NW 25th St, Corvallis, OR 97330.

Currently the pantry needs canned fruit, canned meals (e.g. ravioli, beef stew, chili), dried black beans, dried pinto beans, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent, but all non-perishable food items are gladly accepted!

Many thanks for your donations!
